As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be on-site, front-facing, at our client locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required and troubleshoot with customers.
Essential Functions

• Regular servicing and stocking at customer plant locations
• Our customer base is manufacturers (OEM), Maintenance repair Shops (MRO), Etc.
• Entering customer orders, and expediting as needed to meet customer demand
• Build a strong working relationship with customer contacts within plant location
• Improve customer relations by being pro-active and consistently involved in meeting the customer’s requirements
• Negotiates product placement to ensure high volume positioning
• Ensures products are delivered on time and monitor inventory levels to avoid product shortages
• Friendly, and ability to work well with customers and fellow associates
• Strong work ethic and ability to work without direct supervision
• Prospect for new business / Cold calls
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills

• Ability to lift 10lbs. to 60lbs. daily
• Possess good analytic and organizational abilities
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to operate independently and in a team environment
